Welcome to Digital Timecapsule, operated by Digital Timecapsule LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using Digital Timecapsule, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm you are at least 16 years of age. Digital Timecapsule contains user-generated content including videos that may contain mature language or themes. It is not intended for children.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Contact dtcapsule@gmail.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, post, store, or transmit content that:

• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit in any form
• Depicts or promotes violence or abuse toward any person or animal
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or demeans any individual or group
• Constitutes hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Exploits or endangers minors in any way — violations will be reported to law enforcement immediately
• Promotes or glorifies illegal activities including drug use, trafficking, or terrorism
• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Contains spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive content
• Impersonates another person or entity

4. Content Ownership

You own all content you create. We do not claim ownership and will never sell, license, or share your content with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Founding Member Offer

The $49 Founding Member payment provides lifetime access to all platform features for the first 200 members. This payment is non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. TC Shop

TC Shop charges a 5% commission on all transactions. Sellers receive earnings minus the 5% commission within 3 to 5 business days. Sellers are responsible for ensuring listings comply with all applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Contact: dtcapsule@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy

Digital Timecapsule LLC is committed to protecting your privacy.

Our Core Privacy Promise

We will never sell your personal data or your content to any third party. We do not operate an advertising business. We make money exclusively through subscriptions and TC Shop commissions. Your life story is not our product.

Information We Collect

• Your name and email address when you create an account
• Content you create including diary entries, videos, family tree data, goal records, and estate planning documents
• Payment information processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, request corrections, and request full deletion of your account and all associated data. Contact dtcapsule@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 60 days.

Children's Privacy

Digital Timecapsule is not directed at users under the age of 16. We will delete accounts belonging to users under 16 upon discovery.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Community Standards

These standards apply to all content on Digital Timecapsule. Violations result in content removal and account suspension or termination without refund.

Content That Is Never Permitted

• Pornography, obscene sexual content, or nudity of any kind
• Sexual content involving minors in any form. This will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
• Graphic violence or content that glorifies harm to any person or animal
• Hate speech or content that dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual
• Content that promotes terrorism, mass violence, or extremism
• Content that promotes illegal drug use, trafficking, or other criminal activity
• Spam, phishing, or deceptive content
• Infringement of copyright or intellectual property

Reporting Violations

Report violations immediately to dtcapsule@gmail.com. Serious violations including child exploitation will be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Estate Planning Disclaimer

Estate planning templates available in Digital Timecapsule are generic forms for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not legally binding. Digital Timecapsule LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.

Requirements for Legal Effect

For any document to carry legal effect it must be reviewed by a licensed attorney, properly completed, witnessed, notarized where required, and executed in accordance with applicable law. Requirements vary by state.

Future Partnership Integrations

When formal partnerships with licensed legal service providers are established, users will be able to share their planning documents directly with those partners to begin the formal legal process. Until such partnerships are announced, seek independent legal counsel.
